Dzholdoshova Again Accuses the Head of the CEC, Shainazarov Suggests Consulting a Psychiatrist
She claims that Shainazarov was previously detained with 20 kilograms of drugs and recalled the notorious fight between deputies in 2011, which involved both the current president and the head of the GKNB.
“Tynchtyk Shainazarov was a participant in that fight. In narrow circles, there are still rumors that he was the one who broke Sadyr Japarov's face,” Joldoshova asserts.
According to the former elected representative, she was not elected to the new convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh due to Shainazarov's personal interests, and she calls for an investigation into the head of the CEC, his removal from office, and accountability.
In response to Joldoshova's accusations, Tynchtyk Shainazarov expressed confusion and disappointment regarding her statements.
“I was greatly surprised and upset by Joldoshova's words that I allegedly beat President Sadyr Japarov during our time as deputies and continue to boast about it. This is absolutely absurd, slander, and manipulation. As for the 20 kilograms of drugs, I don’t even want to comment on it. Only a person with mental disorders could come up with such a thing. If Joldoshova wants, I can pay for her treatment with a psychiatrist to help improve her condition,” stated the head of the CEC.
In the elections held in November, Joldoshova was a candidate from district No. 8. Later, the territorial commission annulled the voting results at two polling stations due to violations, which affected the overall result. As a result, she was unable to gather enough votes for election, and the Central Election Commission approved the candidacy of Nurjamal Torobekova.
Joldoshova claims that the video of the violations was filmed in another region and has no relation to her district. She also believes that Shainazarov, who, according to her, is a relative of Torobekova, is involved in this matter. Shainazarov rejected these accusations.
Joldoshova filed a lawsuit, but the Administrative Court of Bishkek dismissed her claims. She is currently appealing this decision in the Supreme Court.
