The strategy includes four main components: a general development scheme for the sector, a set of activities for implementing changes, a matrix of indicators for assessing progress made, and a calculation of necessary resources. All these elements are outlined in the appendices to the resolution.
Government institutions involved in the implementation of the strategy are required to ensure the complete and timely execution of the planned activities. They are also obliged to provide quarterly updates on the progress of the plan to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, which will monitor and prepare consolidated reports for the President's administration.
The resolution will come into effect in a week.
