The Cabinet approved a new procedure for the preparation and redistribution of the republican budget

- The Cabinet of Ministers approved Resolution No. 845, which regulates the process of forming the draft republican budget, as well as the procedure for making changes and reallocating budget funds during its implementation.

This document will come into effect one week after publication.

The purpose of the resolution is to optimize budget planning and improve regulation, as well as to address a number of issues related to budget preparation. Detailed information on the procedure is outlined in the appendix to this document.

It should be noted that previously effective resolutions have been repealed:

• Resolution No. 248 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated May 15, 2023, "On the Procedure for Drafting the Republican Budget and Making Changes to the Republican Budget";


• Resolution No. 680 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 19, 2023, "On Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 248 dated May 15, 2023";


• Resolution No. 104 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 3, 2025, "On Amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 248 dated May 15, 2023".

The signing of the document took place on December 29, 2025, in Bishkek by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
