In Kyrgyzstan, the requirements for mandatory audits in public companies have been abolished
In accordance with the new resolution, the document adopted on November 17, 2015, under number 776, which establishes requirements for mandatory audits of public companies, is hereby revoked. The amendment made on August 18, 2017, by resolution number 503 is also canceled.
This decision was made in accordance with the laws "On Auditing Activities" and "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic."
The resolution will come into effect in a week.
