In the 2026–2027 academic year, the presidential lyceum "Akyiman" continues its development by opening new branches in Manas and Talas. This was announced at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency, where Aziretkul Asanov, the head of the public relations department of the lyceum, spoke.
The process of selecting students will be organized simultaneously in the branches of Cholpon-Ata, Manas, and Talas for the 6th grade, while 7th graders will be accepted only in the new branches in Manas and Talas. The increase in the number of branches will create additional opportunities for educating talented students in accordance with modern international standards.
Asanov also emphasized the high interest in studying at the lyceum, noting that 10,000 people applied for the competition, which amounts to 120 applicants per place. The competition among those wishing to enroll is very high.
