An inspection conducted by the Kemin district prosecutor's office revealed that the building of the former kindergarten, located at: Chkalov St., No. 19, had been unlawfully removed from municipal ownership. This facility, occupying a plot of 0.07 hectares and intended for educational purposes, was in a dilapidated state.
As a result of a lawsuit filed by the prosecutor's office on February 16, 2026, the value of this property was assessed at 2,660,000 soms, and it was returned to municipal ownership in accordance with the law.
