Deputy Meder Chotonov noted that this project was developed to recognize the merits of mothers awarded this order, as well as to ensure equal access to education, support families and childhood, strengthen the institution of the family, and promote demographic development.
Under the project, children of mothers who hold the "Batyr Ene" order will be able to receive a state educational benefit amounting to 50% of the tuition fee for their first higher education.
Among the initiators of this resolution are deputies: Meder Chotonov, Ismanali Joroev, Bakhridin Shabazov, Nurjamal Torobekova, Zhyldyz Egenberdieva, Gulnara Baatyrova, Edyta Taygaraeva, and Bolot Sagynayev.
