The fourth meeting of the working group took place on February 26, chaired by Deputy Minister Durus Kozaev. The event was attended by group members, representatives of the National Council Secretariat, the Association of Virtual Asset Market Participants, and staff from higher professional education institutions.
The agenda included discussions on the Roadmap developed based on the results of previous meetings, as well as new specialties planned to be opened in the areas of blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Special attention was given to issues related to the professional development of the teaching staff.
Representatives from several universities provided their recommendations on this matter.
The proposals were divided into three key areas:
- training specialists with the necessary competencies;
- professional development of teachers;
- introduction of new fields into the curricula of higher education institutions.
As a result of the meeting, the plan for priority activities was clarified, and specific tasks for the working group were defined.
These measures are aimed at strengthening the country's human resources potential, accelerating digital transformation, and preparing highly qualified specialists in the field of modern technologies.
