Members of the working group, representatives of the secretariat of the National Council for the Development of Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies, as well as participants from the Association of the Virtual Assets Market and university teachers took part in the event.
The main subject of discussion was the "roadmap" project, which was developed based on the results of three previous meetings. Delegates also reviewed a list of new specialties that are planned to be opened in areas such as blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Significant attention was paid to the professional development of the teaching staff.
Proposals on this issue were presented by the Kyrgyz National University, Osh State University, Kyrgyz State Technical University, Kyrgyz Economic University, and the Academy of Public Administration.
The proposals cover three key areas:
- training specialists with narrow qualifications;
- upskilling teachers;
- integration of new specialties into the curricula of higher educational institutions.
The implementation of these initiatives is aimed at strengthening the country's human resources potential, accelerating the process of digital transformation, and preparing specialists capable of competing in the modern labor market in the field of technology.
