From May 16 to 23, 2026, the nationwide testing (ORT) will take place in the country. Registration for this event will start on February 17 and will last until April 2. The Director of the Center for Education Assessment and Learning Methods, Chynara Batrakeeva, announced these details at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency.
She also shared information about new initiatives related to the ORT and the registration process.
“Starting this year, applicants are required to take the ORT when enrolling in institutions of secondary vocational education, both on a grant and a contract basis. Additionally, the registration process has changed: since 2021, it has been conducted in an online format. Previously, students used a login and password provided by the teacher, but now they can register through the 'E-kündölük' platform.
For graduates of previous years, there is also an option to register through the 'Tündük' system on the center's website, which requires identification procedures. Instructions for this process are posted on our website. To ensure that some applicants are not left without the opportunity to register, the previous registration method will also remain available.
The new changes also concern the cost of the ORT: a fee of 470 soms has been set for the main and subject tests, which remains unchanged. In 2024, a test in the state language was introduced, which cost 200 soms, but considering inflation, its price has also been raised to 470 soms this year. Furthermore, payment is now possible through a single QR code using any electronic wallets, not just through separate applications,” she added.
To register, the following conditions must be met:
- the applicant must have the original passport;
- upload a color photo that meets the established requirements;
- pay the registration fee for the ORT through the single QR code;
- graduates of previous years must have their certificate or diploma of secondary education with them.
“It is important to note that the original passport is required, not a copy in the 'Tündük' application, as mobile devices will be confiscated at the testing site,” she clarified.
