According to her, over the past three years, the cost of the main test and selected subjects has remained at 470 soms, while the fee for the state language test was 200 soms.
“Taking into account inflationary processes and rising service prices, we have revised the registration fee. Starting from 2026 and for the next three years, the cost of the state language test will increase to 470 soms, while the main and subject tests will remain unchanged,” Batrakeeva explained.

She also noted that starting in 2026, other changes will be introduced. Previously, the results of the National Testing (ORT) were mandatory for admission to higher educational institutions, but now there will be an opportunity to enroll in grant and contract places in secondary specialized educational institutions based on the results of the 11th grade.
The registration process will also change. “Since 2021, we have conducted online registration for the ORT, which was linked to representatives of district education departments and required applicants to request a login and password from teachers or deputy directors. Now we are moving to a new system as technology continues to develop. Graduates of 2026 will be able to register through the unified system ‘Kundoluk’ (electronic diary), while graduates of previous years, who approached the district education departments, will be able to authenticate through ‘Tunduk,’” Chynara Batrakeeva reported.
The procedure for paying the registration fee will also change — a single QR code will be introduced, which can be used for payment through any electronic wallet without visiting banks.
“Registration by passport through the ‘Tunduk’ application will be available; however, to participate in the testing, the original passport will be required. We accept ‘Tunduk,’ but during the testing, the use of any electronic devices is prohibited. Participants will not be able to enter the ORT without original documents,” Batrakeeva warned.
- Registration for the ORT started on February 18 and will last until April 2. The testing is scheduled for May 16-23.
