She noted that starting this year, the results of the ORT will be accepted not only for admission to higher educational institutions but also for enrollment in vocational lyceums and colleges for budget and contract places for 11th-grade graduates.
“The registration process has also changed. Since 2021, registration in Kyrgyzstan has been conducted in an online format. Previously, a login and password obtained through schools or teachers were required, and graduates of previous years had to visit the district or city education departments in person. This year, a new platform www.testing.kg has been launched, where current graduates and students of vocational lyceums can register through ‘E-Kündölük,’” Batrakeeva reported.
She also added that for graduates of previous years who previously contacted the district education departments, authorization is available through ‘Tündük’ on the CООMO online platform. However, the option for traditional registration through the district education departments remains in effect.
As for the cost of the tests, it remains at last year's level: 470 soms for the main test and for each subject test. An exception is made for the price change for the state language test, which is mandatory. This year, its cost increased from 200 soms to 470 soms.
For successful registration, applicants need to:
- Have the original passport;
- Upload a color photo that meets the established standards;
- Pay the registration fee for the ORT using a single QR code;
- Graduates of previous years must present a certificate or diploma of secondary education.
