In the Tadas district, in the village of Saz-Bulak, a new kindergarten named "Shumkar Altyn-Uya" was ceremoniously opened, which will accommodate 120 children.

According to the information from the village council of the Shumkar-Uya rural area, the construction of the two-story building was funded by the local budget, with a total investment amounting to 72 million soms. The new institution offers children modern and safe conditions for learning and playing, and has also created 27 jobs for local residents.

The opening event of the kindergarten was attended by officials such as the head of the village council Bakyt Kydyraliev, the chairman of the village council Altynbek Borukejev, the akim of the Talas district Bayyshbek Astanakulov, the head of the Talas district education department Turdubek Momokonov, as well as local council deputies and villagers.

Previously, the kindergarten in Saz-Bulak had not been operational since 1992, as its building became unusable after an earthquake. As a result, parents were forced to transport their children to other villages for preschool education for a long time.

In the coming months, the opening of a kindergarten for 75 children is also planned in the village of Kenesh in June, and construction of another kindergarten in the village of Chon-Tokoy will begin in March. These projects are also funded by the local budget.
