He noted that currently, children are forced to study in a dilapidated building of the existing kindergarten. Kubanychbekov emphasized the importance of preschool education, highlighting that it lays the foundation for the future development of the country.
In addition, the deputy added that for the successful implementation of educational reforms, including the transition to a 12-year system, it is necessary to create new preschool institutions in rural areas.
According to him, the project documentation is already prepared, and he urged to include this facility in the title list for 2026.
