Ilimbek Kubanychbekov, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, stated the need for the construction of a maternity hospital and a clinic in the village of Kashkar Kyshtak, located in the Kara-Suu district (Ala-Too ayil okmotu).

As the deputy noted, the project documentation was developed last year, and funds have already been allocated for these purposes. A plot of land measuring 1 hectare and 70 sotiks has been selected for construction.
