According to the department's data, the old building of the kindergarten operated under unfavorable conditions, which served as the reason for the need to construct a modern building. The old building was also thoroughly renovated, during which the windows and facade were updated. In addition, new children's playgrounds and benches were installed.
The opening ceremony was attended by the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, the Minister of Education Dogdurgül Kendirbaeva, representatives of the local administration, kindergarten staff, and parents of the children.
