Today in Osh, on A. Masaliev Street, a ceremony was held to open a new building of the kindergarten "Asan-Uson," which will accommodate 100 children.
Attending the event were the mayor of the city, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, the Minister of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, Dogdurgul Kendirbaeva, the presidential representative in the Osh region, Amankan Kenjebayev, the chairman of the city council, Bolot Bayetov, as well as kindergarten staff and parents.
Toktorbaev emphasized the importance of state support in the field of social infrastructure in the city. He noted: "This year, 1 billion 300 million soms has been allocated from the republican budget for the construction and reconstruction of schools and kindergartens in the city of Osh. This demonstrates the attention and care of our president, Sadyr Japarov, towards the city of Osh," the mayor stated.
Previously, the kindergarten building was in poor condition, which hindered the educational process. At the initiative of Jenishbek Toktorbaev, a new modern building for 100 places was constructed. In addition, the old building underwent a complete renovation: windows were replaced and the facade was repaired. The territory of the new kindergarten also features new playgrounds, gazebos, and benches.
