The Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic has announced the start of an open competition for the replacement of vacant positions of heads of institutions of initial vocational education.
According to the information provided by the department, the following requirements are set for candidates:
1) availability of higher education;
2) work experience in the educational field or a related area of at least five years;
3) citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic.
To participate in the competition, the following package of documents must be submitted:
Personal application; Copy of passport; Completed personal data sheet (indicating residential address and contact phone numbers); Resume (including email address), as well as a biography (including information on the presence or absence of a criminal record); Copy of the education diploma, certified in the established manner (by the personnel department at the place/last place of work); Copy of the work book, certified in the established manner (at the place/last place of work); Certificate of no criminal record (can be obtained in digital format through the inter-agency electronic interaction system "Tunduk" or in paper form at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic); Photographs sized 3x4 (2 pieces); Prospective development plan for the educational institution; Folder (Case No.). Document submission will begin on January 19, 2026.
