The competitive selection within the framework of the winter admission is conducted based on the results of the Public Republican Test (ORT) and takes place in four stages.
The first stage of the admission campaign was held from December 23 to 25, 2025, the second from January 12 to 14, 2026. The third stage is scheduled for January 19-21, and the final, fourth stage, is set for January 26-28.
The winter admission is intended exclusively for enrolling applicants in contract places that remained vacant after the summer enrollment.
Results from the spring ORT of 2025 are accepted for participation in the competitive selection.
This admission system for both citizens of the country and foreign students to higher educational institutions was developed to increase the accessibility of higher education.
