In Chui Region, more than 20 species of birds have been recorded
From March 3 to 6, staff from the monitoring department of this organization carried out observations.
As a result of their work, specialists recorded more than 20 bird species, including the whooper swan, black goose, mallard, shelduck, white-tailed eagle, greater white-fronted goose, gull, white and gray herons, laughing gull, red-headed duck, shoveler, little bittern, and whiskered tern.
NABU representatives emphasized that such studies play a key role in assessing the biological diversity of the region and the status of populations of waterfowl and wetland birds.
