
Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision Asel Rayymkulova reported at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh committee that in 2025, 973 million 350 thousand soms were collected for environmental pollution.
She emphasized that the fundraising plan was successfully exceeded, reaching 199.8% of the expected amount.
“The collected funds were transferred to a special account of the ministry to improve the material and technical base. In cities such as Bishkek, Cholpon-Ata, and Talas, repair work was carried out on administrative buildings. Construction of a rehabilitation center also started at Issyk-Kul. Additionally, 38 service vehicles, 4 motor boats, camera traps, drones, video recorders, professional binoculars, GPS navigators, and a number of other devices were purchased,” she added.
