As a result of the inspections, 3,619 acts were drawn up, and 1,981 orders were issued, leading to the elimination of 7,777 violations. In total, during the reporting period, 4,879 cases of violations were registered, and the amount of damage caused to the state amounted to 130 million 961 thousand soms.
Protocols were drawn up for 4,547 materials, and the total amount of fines imposed was 73 million 710 thousand soms. As of December 31, 2025, 66 million 145 thousand soms were collected, corresponding to a recovery rate of 89.7%.
Additionally, lawsuits were filed for 474 cases of environmental damage amounting to 57 million 251 thousand soms. For 495 episodes (including claims from previous years), 35 million 341 thousand 300 soms were received, which constitutes 61.6% of the total execution.
Distribution of violations by categories:
- Atmospheric air – 1,030 cases, 22 million 60 thousand soms;
- Water resources – 244 cases, 5 million 521 thousand soms;
- Waste – 809 cases, 11 million 720 thousand soms;
- Land resources – 451 cases, 48 million 926 thousand soms;
- Plant life – 248 cases, 6 million 61 thousand soms;
- Animal life – 1,031 cases, 11 million 627 thousand soms;
- Industrial safety – 548 cases, 10 million 706 thousand soms;
- Mining supervision – 349 cases, 8 million 983 thousand soms;
- Subsoil protection – 169 cases, 5 million 354 thousand soms.
The Ministry also noted that the problem of air pollution continues to be one of the most serious in the country. Throughout the year, intensified control measures were carried out, during which 260 violations were identified, resulting in fines amounting to 6 million 478 thousand soms.
In addition, to monitor emissions of pollutants, 472 vehicles were inspected. As a result, 231 violations were identified, for which fines totaling 3 million 854 thousand 500 soms were imposed.
As part of ensuring radiation and environmental safety, inspectors participated 51 times in inspections at the railway checkpoint "Kainy" in the Chui region, where they checked the radiation background of mineral fertilizers in 159 wagons.
Furthermore, to enhance environmental culture in the republic, 515 educational events were held. Business entities were sent 1,100 notifications of violations of legislation, and 117 informational materials were published in the media.
