In Bishkek, vehicles with excessive emissions have been identified
As a result of a recent raid in Bishkek, three vehicles were found to exceed permissible exhaust emissions by more than 50%. This information was announced by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In accordance with the KR Code "On Offenses," three protocols were drawn up against the offenders under Article 234. The total amount of fines for the violations was 22,500 soms.
On February 19, employees of the Bishkek Regional Office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service, together with representatives of the Patrol Police Department, conducted a raid to identify vehicles emitting pollutants above the permissible limits.
These raids are conducted regularly to improve air quality in the capital, reduce pollution levels, enhance environmental safety, and promote responsible attitudes among vehicle owners towards the environment.
