The city authorities conducted research to determine the causes of smog and its consequences, as well as implemented various methods to clean the urban atmosphere.
The speaker emphasized that although the smog problem still exists, progress has been made this year compared to previous winters.
He also added that it is important to acknowledge and appreciate the work of the city hall: "one must be able to recognize the good."
