The Ministry of Natural Resources fined the "Avangard 2" hotel 28,000 soms for smoke emissions.

On January 14, inspectors from the Ecological Supervision Service of the Ministry of Natural Resources arrived in Bishkek at the intersection of Ogonbaeva and Kurmanjan Datka streets to verify information about smoke, which was circulated on social media.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, during the inspection it was found that the source of the smoke was located in the "Avangard 2" hotel at the specified address.
Individual entrepreneur S. G. was fined 28,000 soms based on Article 230 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to violations in the area of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
A conversation was also held with the offender to clarify the situation.
