Black Smoke. The Hotel Owner in Bishkek Fined 28,000 Som

On January 14, messages appeared on Facebook about black smoke coming from a building at the intersection of Ogonbaeva and Almatinskaya streets in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.

Inspectors from the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service immediately headed to the scene of the incident. During the inspection, it was found that the source of the smoke was not in the "Mustafa" cafe, as previously thought, but in the "Avangard 2" hotel located at the same address.

As a result, the individual entrepreneur S.G.V. was fined 28,000 soms in accordance with Article 230 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In addition, a conversation was held with the businessman, during which the importance of complying with the norms and rules of environmental legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic was explained to him.

The Environmental and Technical Supervision Service will continue to respond promptly to citizens' appeals and messages posted in open sources.
