The Environmental Supervision Service identified a fire of waste at a private enterprise in the city of Manas

Specialists from the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service conducted an inspection based on information about a fire at the territory of the LLC "MPZ Jalal-Abad" in Manas.

According to the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service, the inspection revealed that a spontaneous combustion of white clay (ak topurak) occurred on the premises of the enterprise, caused by sunlight, which was a result of production activities.

In accordance with the current legislation, the enterprise was fined 28,000 soms for violating Article 230 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to non-compliance with the procedure for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.

A discussion was also held with the representatives of the company, during which they were instructed on how to properly store production waste and adhere to fire safety measures.

According to information from the Ministry of Justice, the director of LLC "MPZ Jalal-Abad" is Toygonbaev Sultanbek Kutmanbekovich, and the founders are Ergyshev Dastan Bakytovich and LLC "Dan-Yug". The main activity of the company is the production of refined vegetable and animal oils and fats. The company was re-registered on August 18, 2022.
