On March 15, around 06:30, the driver of a BMW car engaged in actions that can be characterized as auto hooliganism, ignoring traffic rules. His behavior disturbed the rest of local residents, including children, elderly people, and those who needed silence for health reasons.
During operational activities, patrol officers were able to identify both the vehicle and the driver. He turned out to be a teenager who was driving the car without adult supervision.
The vehicle was placed in an impound lot, and a report on the offense was drawn up against the young man.
