During the examination at the narcological center, the fact of alcohol consumption was confirmed. However, the driver, attempting to avoid the procedure, made several attempts to leave the facility, refused to provide documents, and concealed his identity.
Nevertheless, the identity of the offender was established, and all necessary procedures were carried out in accordance with the law.
As a result of the inspection, a report on the offense was drawn up, and the vehicle was towed to an impound lot.
