According to available data, on January 13, 2026, a citizen identified as I.A. approached the officers of the Alamedin district police department. He reported fraud by a citizen identified as S.K., who, posing as a lawyer, promised to assist in obtaining a land plot of 82 hectares in the Uzun-Kyr rural administration of the Issyk-Ata district, as well as in the registration of documents for 200 hectares of unused land in the forestry. For his services, the fraudster received 27 thousand dollars from the applicant and then ceased all communication.
In connection with this fact, the police department of the Issyk-Ata district initiated a criminal case under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On March 18, during operational activities, police officers were able to establish the identity of the suspect. He turned out to be a citizen identified as S.K., born in 1983. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
