
On March 16, 2026, during an operation, A. M. and I. T. V. were detained, who are suspected of creating a channel for illegal migration.
Additionally, the GKNB discovered instances of forgery of medical certificates of form No. 086, which are necessary for extending the stay of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic.
A citizen of Pakistan, A. M., was caught selling ready-made medical documents to foreigners of Pakistani and Bengali nationality without the necessary medical examination.
According to GKNB data, a medical worker from the National Hospital, I. T. V., is suspected of aiding this crime.
As a result of a search at the residence of A. M. and at the workplace of I. T. V., more than 160 fake medical certificates were found and seized, which were used to obtain visas and for the legal stay of foreign citizens in Kyrgyzstan.


The GKNB reminds that in the context of the outbreak of the Nipah virus, registered in South Asian countries with high mortality, the presence of foreign citizens on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic without medical examination poses a serious threat to the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the country.
