According to information from the Internal Affairs Department of Osh, a local resident born in 2007 named A.A. reported to law enforcement authorities. He stated that he was robbed by unknown individuals who threatened him with a sharp object and took his money and mobile phone.
Based on his statement, a criminal case was initiated under part 3 of article 206 of the Criminal Code (robbery).
During operational activities conducted on March 12 of this year, employees of the service for combating extremism and illegal migration of the Internal Affairs Department of Osh detained the suspects in the crime.
The investigation established that on the night of March 8, near a car wash on U. Saliev Street, a group of four individuals — D.Sh., U.B., Z.H., and A.S. — attacked A.A., threatening him with a knife, beat him, and inflicted bodily harm. After the attack, they forced him into their car, took him to another area, and took 45,000 soms and an iPhone 15 mobile phone.
Additionally, they recorded a video with the victim and threatened to publish it on social media if he decided to contact the police, after which they left him on the street.
On March 12, when the criminals attempted to leave the city, they were arrested by operatives with the support of a special unit.
In this regard, according to article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code (grounds for detention), three individuals were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Identified detainees:
- D.Sh., born in 1994, resident of the Kara-Suu district of Osh region;
- U.B., born in 2005, resident of the city of Osh;
- Z.H., born in 2002, resident of the city of Osh.
Currently, their possible involvement in other similar crimes is being investigated.
