The Ministry of Emergency Situations has denied rumors that appeared in some media sources claiming that the helicopter that flew low over Kara-Balta belongs to the agency.
Residents of Kara-Balta in the Chuy region reported seeing a helicopter that, according to them, flew at the height of approximately a five-story building. Several publications also speculated about the possible ownership of this helicopter by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Although the ministry does conduct flights as part of commercial activities, it emphasized that it has no relation to this incident.
