According to the prosecutor's office, this concerns a plot of agricultural land, covering an area of 0.20 hectares, located within the Barskoon rural municipality. During the inspection, it was found that the plot had been unlawfully transferred to private individuals.
Additionally, a structure had been built on this land without legal grounds.
Thanks to the actions of the prosecutor's office, the land plot along with the structure, which had a total value of 34,056,846 soms, was returned to state ownership.
