As a result of monitoring video recordings on social media, police officers in Bishkek detained a driver who exhibited aggression on the road. The report came from the Bishkek Traffic Police.
The detained individual is a 31-year-old named A.T.J., who was driving a KIA vehicle. The video shows him engaging in a conflict with another driver, displaying aggressive behavior and using obscene language.
After identifying the driver, he was taken to the Internal Affairs Department. Protocols were drawn up against him for violating traffic rules, in accordance with Article 126 "Petty Hooliganism" of the Code of Administrative Offenses. He is currently in a temporary detention cell.
The Bishkek Traffic Police urges all road users to resolve disputes legally, avoiding unlawful actions.
