According to information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, inspectors from the Patrol Service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the capital stopped K. A., who was driving a Toyota Crown registered abroad and using counterfeit license plates of the Kyrgyz Republic. The car was impounded.
Later, K. A. attempted to give money to the inspectors of the Patrol Service to avoid responsibility and retrieve his car, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
As a result of the investigation, employees of the Internal Investigations Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained K. A. during the bribe transfer.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing in this case.
