According to the information, on March 7, 2026, at 11:04 AM, the police department of the Moscow district received information that the bodies of two men were found in a field near the village of Ak-Torpok.
A corresponding record was registered regarding this incident, and an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
The bodies were discovered on the edge of a plowed field, located approximately 200 meters from a plot between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, on the 48th kilometer of the Bishkek – Osh road, showing signs of violent death.
During the investigation, the identities of the deceased were established: they were D.D., born in 1999, and K.B., born in 2003. Notably, D.D. had been listed as missing since March 1, 2026, by the police department of the Lenin district of the capital.
The investigative service of the Chui regional police department initiated a criminal case under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, suspects were identified: K.O., born in 2001, S.B., born in 2007, M.B., born in 2005, and S.U., born in 2006.
Police officers detained S.B., M.B., and S.U. in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region and brought them to the Chui regional police department. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they were placed in a temporary detention facility, and the court chose a preventive measure of detention for 2 months.
The main suspect, K.O., has not yet been found and is wanted.
During a search at M.B.'s residence in the village of Alga in the Kadamjai district, a fake identification of a State National Security Committee officer in the name of the wanted K.O. was discovered, as well as uniform clothing with the insignia of a police lieutenant.
It was established that on February 25, the suspects deceitfully lured their victims — B.K. and his friend D.D. — to a rented apartment in the city, where they beat them and took money, as well as iPhone 13 and iPhone 15 mobile phones, which they then sold in the "TSUM" and "Berekett Grand" shopping centers.
After that, the victims were held in the apartment without food. On the night of February 26, around 00:30, they tied their hands with tape, blindfolded them, and transported them along the Bishkek–Osh highway in a rented Hyundai Sonata. Between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, they brought the victims into a field, where they brutally beat and strangled them.
After the crime, the bodies were moved deeper into the field, and the suspects fled the scene, discarding the victims' clothing and shoes on the roadside in the area of the villages of Ak-Torpok and Bekitai.
On February 28, to cover their tracks, the suspects left for the village of Alga in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region.
On March 9, 2026, K.O., the organizer of the crime, was detained in the Osh region and was also placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
