According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, on March 7, 2026, at 11:04, a signal was received at the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district that the bodies of two men had been found in a field near the village of Ak-Torpok.
The investigative-operational group immediately went to the scene, where, at the border of the arable field, 200 meters from the section between Petrovka and Ak-Torpok on the 48th kilometer of the Bishkek–Osh highway, the bodies showing signs of violent death were discovered.
During the identification process, it became known that the victims were D.D., born in 1999, and K.B., born in 2003. It was also revealed that D.D. had been listed as missing since March 1, 2026, in the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin district of Bishkek.
The investigative authorities of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region opened a criminal case under articles related to murder, as provided by the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Article 122).
As a result of operational actions, law enforcement officers identified the suspects: K.O. (born in 2001), S.B. (born in 2007), M.B. (born in 2005), and S.U. (born in 2006).
S.B., M.B., and S.U. were detained in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region and brought to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, where a preventive measure was chosen for them — detention for two months.
The main suspect, K.O., has not yet been established and is wanted.
During a search at the residence of M.B. in the village of Alga, a fake identification of a State National Security Committee employee in the name of K.O. and uniform clothing with lieutenant police epaulettes were found.
The investigation established that on February 25, the suspects deceived the victims B.K. and D.D. into a rented apartment in the city, where they beat and robbed them, taking money and mobile phones iPhone 13 and iPhone 15, which were then sold in the shopping centers "TSUM" and "Berekett Grand".
After the robbery, the victims were held in the apartment without food. On the night of February 26, around 00:30, the suspects tied their hands with tape, blindfolded them, and transported them in a rented Hyundai Sonata along the Bishkek–Osh road. At a section between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, they led the victims into a field, where they brutally beat and strangled them.
The bodies were placed deeper into the field, after which the suspects left the crime scene, discarding the victims' clothing and shoes on the roadside in the area of the villages of Ak-Torpok and Bekitai.
On February 28, to conceal the evidence, the suspects went to the village of Alga in the Kadamjai district. On March 9, 2026, K.O., the wanted organizer of the crime, was detained in the Osh region and has also been placed in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
