According to information from the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, on March 7, 2026, at 11:04, a report was received at the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the Moscow district about the discovery of the bodies of two men in a field located near the village of Ak-Torpok. An investigative operational group was immediately dispatched to the scene.
The bodies of the men were found at the edge of a plowed field, approximately 200 meters west of the road between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, at the 48th kilometer of the Bishkek–Osh highway, showing signs of violent death.
During the identification of the deceased, it was established that they were D.D., born in 1999, and K.B., born in 2003. The investigation revealed that D.D. had been reported missing since March 1, 2026, at the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin district in Bishkek.
Based on the above, the investigative service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region initiated a criminal case under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code.
As a result of operational search activities, the suspects were identified: K.O., born in 2001, S.B., born in 2007, M.B., born in 2005, and S.U., born in 2006.
S.B., M.B., and S.U. were detained in the Kadamjai district of the Batken region and transferred to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, they were placed in a temporary detention facility, and the court chose a preventive measure of two months of detention for them.
The main suspect, K.O., has not yet been found and is wanted. During a search at M.B.'s residence in the village of Alga, a fake identification of a State Committee for National Security employee in the name of K.O. and a uniform with lieutenant's epaulettes were discovered.
The investigation revealed that on February 25, the suspects deceived the victims, B.K. and D.D., into a rented apartment, where they beat them and took their money, as well as mobile phones "iPhone 13" and "iPhone 15," which were later sold at the "TSUM" and "Berekett Grand" shopping centers.
The victims were held in the apartment without food. On the night of February 26, around 00:30, the suspects tied their hands with tape, blindfolded them, and transported them in a rented car belonging to K.O., a "Hyundai Sonata," along the Bishkek–Osh highway. In a field between the villages of Petrovka and Ak-Torpok, they brutally beat and strangled their victims.
According to the police, after committing the crime, the bodies were taken deeper into the field, and the suspects fled the scene, discarding the victims' clothing and shoes in the area of the villages of Ak-Torpok and Bekitai.
On February 28, the suspects left for the village of Alga, trying to cover up the traces of their crime.
According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, on March 9, 2026, the organizer of the crime, K.O., was detained in the Osh region and has also been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
