According to the press service, the incident occurred at the corner of Bayalinov and Elebesov Streets.
This fact was registered in the logbook of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs.
During the detention, three participants of the brawl were brought to the station: M.S. (born in 1994), O.Zh. (born in 1990), and A.K. (born in 1992) — under Article 126 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention cell of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs.
