The incident occurred on February 27, when a video capturing a conflict among young people in the city center appeared on social media. Based on this material, a preliminary investigation was initiated by the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District.
As a result of the investigation, the following participants in the fight were identified:
— A.B., born in 2005;
— M.A., born in 2006;
— M.S., born in 2004;
— U.S., born in 2004.
Protocols were drawn up against these individuals under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses. All of them were placed in a temporary detention cell.
