According to preliminary data, the cause of the fall was the violation of labor protection and safety regulations during the work, which led to the failure of one of the four supports of the concrete pump. As a result of the fall, the equipment damaged the construction site fencing and severed electrical wires, as noted in the official statement.
The Ministry of Construction imposed a fine of 200,000 soms on the company "Amanat City" for the violation. A directive has also been issued for the restoration of the damaged electrical wires, and work on this is currently ongoing.
