In Bishkek, in the Jal microdistrict on Tynalieva Street, 5/1, around 6:00 AM on February 21, a temporary fence collapsed at the construction site of a 14-story residential building. This incident led to the closure of the sidewalk in the area.
Specialists from the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Ministry of Construction promptly arrived at the scene after receiving a report about the incident and took the necessary actions.
During the inspection, it was established that not all safety measures were properly followed at the construction site. As a result of the identified violations, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on the company OsOO "Jaz Stroy," which is carrying out the construction work.
In addition, the temporary fence was restored. The contracting organization was issued a directive requiring them to correct the fence within one day.
The Ministry of Construction continues to conduct inspections at construction sites where fence collapses have occurred due to adverse weather conditions and violations of safety requirements. Measures are taken in accordance with the law based on the results of these inspections.
To protect citizens, construction sites are under constant monitoring.
