According to the information, at 22:20, K. Zh., driving a white VAZ-2106, along with passengers M. A. and A. A., was violating traffic rules on the Bishkek - Manas road, near the traffic police post. It is reported that the driver was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Employees of the Traffic Police received a radio signal about the driver creating an emergency situation and his unwillingness to comply with police demands. In response to an attempt to stop him, he began to flee, which led to the start of the chase.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detainees under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspects, born in 2002, 1999, and 2001, have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
