A resident, born in 1989, known as Sh.Y., contacted the Internal Affairs Department of the Jayil District on March 4, requesting measures to be taken against her common-law husband Y.F., born in 1991. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chuy Region.
According to her, while in their home, her husband used physical and psychological force against her.
Additionally, he also beat their son A.Ch., who was born in 2008, and struck him on the head, resulting in the boy losing consciousness.
As a result of the examination, A.Ch. was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion, and a possible broken nose.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 177 "Domestic Violence" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational activities, Y.F. was detained.
He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
