In Kadamdzhai, homes, roads, and schools are protected from mudslide threats

In the Batken region, in the Kadamjay district, work is actively underway to reduce risks associated with mudflows. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

According to reports, as part of the measures for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations, the riverbeds of mudflow channels are being cleared in the rural districts of Ak-Turpak and Orozbekov.
In the village of Boston, on the Pushkoot section, emergency services employees are using an excavator to clear a 700-meter-long mudflow channel.

Additionally, in the village of Min-Chynar, work continues to clear another channel, which is 1,000 meters long.

It should be noted that as a result of these activities, it will be possible to protect 67 residential houses, 12 hectares of land for gardens, 2.9 kilometers of internal farm roads, 4.15 kilometers of irrigation ditches, as well as the building of the local school.
