These detentions were the result of operational information received as part of the preventive operation "Den." The police were able to record the moment when the teenagers, A.B. (born in 2006) and A.T. (born in 2007), were placing the stashes.
During the search, 50 packets of narcotic substances intended for sale were seized from them. It was established that they received the drugs through Telegram channels, then packaged and distributed them to stash spots in the city.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal production of drugs for the purpose of sale. During the investigative actions at the residence of one of the detainees, electronic scales, packaging materials, tape, heat shrink tubes, gloves, and masks used for packaging the drugs were found.
The suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation in this case is ongoing.
