The body of a man was found in the village of Chaldovar in the Panfilov district. The police detained a 49-year-old local resident on suspicion of causing serious harm to health, resulting in death. The incident became known on February 26, 2026, at 13:06, when a report was received by the police. An investigative team immediately went to the scene.
According to preliminary information, a conflict arose between the homeowner, a citizen identified as Sh.R., born in 1976, and his neighbor T.I., born in 1958, during a joint consumption of alcoholic beverages around 09:00. During the quarrel, the homeowner stabbed the neighbor in the right thigh, who died on the spot from the injury.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Causing serious harm to health).
The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out, and examinations have been appointed. The investigation is ongoing.
