According to the police, on February 13, 2026, at 12:16 PM, information was received at the Moscow district police department that the body of a woman had been found in one of the houses on Krupskaya Street in the village of Belovodskoye.

The investigative team promptly arrived at the scene. The body of the woman, identified as Z.L., born in 1960, was found on a sofa in the western part of the house, under a light frame structure. Upon external examination, injuries were found in the neck, face, and back of the head.
It was established that the woman lived in this house with a man named M.R., born in 1982, and his children. Preliminary investigations revealed that the day before the tragedy, they had been consuming alcoholic beverages. During a conflict that arose, M.R. inflicted bodily harm on the victim, from which she subsequently died.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed.
The investigation is ongoing.
