Kuban Adyl uulu, who previously held the position of Deputy Attorney General of Kyrgyzstan, received a 12-year prison sentence with confiscation of his property. The court proceedings took place in the Alamedin district, where he was found guilty of preparing mass riots with the aim of overthrowing the current government.

A criminal case was initiated against the detainees under the article concerning "Preparation for organizing mass riots accompanied by violence, riots, arson, and the use of firearms." In total, seven people were arrested, including the former Deputy Attorney General Kuban Adyl uulu.
